Delivery

Order processing

We aim to process your order the same working day so that it is shipped the following day. Our working days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays. If you place an order over the weekend or on a bank holiday, we will ship your order on the next working day.

We're very proud of our minimal impact, 100% recycled paper packaging. Find out more on our Packaging page.

In an effort to reduce waste we do not print out any delivery notes. All order information will be sent to you via email.

Tracking your order

We will keep you updated on the progress of your order via email. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your delivery online.

You can also find your order status and relevant tracking number in your account.

Customs

For orders shipped outside the UK, customs fees, duties, or taxes may apply upon delivery. As a small business, we are unable to cover these costs, and they must be covered by the customer.

Any applicable fees must be paid upon delivery. If customs charges apply, the shipping company may contact you to provide details of the costs and payment instructions once your items reach customs.
