    UK mainland orders typically arrive within 2-3 working days with standard delivery. Offshore locations may take 4-5 working days.

  • What are the delivery options for international orders?

    Standard delivery via Royal Mail on international orders below 300€ / $350 costs 10€ / $10.

    Orders 300€ / $350 and above qualify for free standard delivery via Royal Mail.

  • What is the delivery time for international orders?

    Deliveries to Ireland, France, Germany, Spain, Netherlands, Switzerland, Belgium, Sweden, Austria, and Luxembourg take 3-4 working days. Other countries may take 5-7 working days.

  • How quickly are orders processed?

    Orders are processed the same working day, provided they are placed on Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays. Orders placed over the weekend or on a bank holiday are processed on the next working day.

  • How can I track my order?

    Once dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can also find your order status and tracking number in your account.

  • Are there any customs fees for international orders?

    Customs fees, duties, or taxes may apply upon delivery for orders shipped outside the UK. Customers are responsible for covering these costs. Customs charges, if applicable, must be paid upon delivery.

Ordering

  • Do I need to create an account to place an order?

    No, you can place an order as a guest without creating an account. However, creating an account allows for easier order tracking, faster checkout for future purchases, and access to order history.

  • Can I make changes to my order after it has been placed?

    Once an order has been placed, changes cannot be made directly through our website. However, please get in touch as soon as possible if you need to modify or cancel your order. We'll do our best to accommodate your request if the order has not yet been processed. We aim to process orders on the same day, so be quick!

  • How can I check the status of my order?

    You can check the status of your order by logging into your account. If you didn't create an account during your purchase, you can still create one using the same email used for your order. Your order details will automatically be linked to your new account.

  • Can I track my order once it has been shipped?

    Yes, once your order has been shipped, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking link. You can use this tracking link to monitor the progress of your delivery online through the carrier's website. You can also find your tracking link in your account.

  • How sustainable is your packaging?

  • Do you provide delivery notes with orders?

  • What payment methods do you accept?

    We accept various payment methods, including credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal and ApplePay. During checkout, you'll be able to select your preferred payment method.

  • Is my payment information secure?

    Yes, we take the security of your payment information seriously. Our website uses Shopify's encryption technology to ensure that your payment details are transmitted securely. Additionally, we do not store your payment information on our servers after the transaction is complete.

Returns

  • Can I return my order?

    Yes, we offer refunds or exchanges on items purchased directly from us.

    Returns within the UK are free via Royal Mail collection or drop-off at your local post office.

    For international orders, customers must arrange return delivery themselves.

    Items must be returned in their original unused condition and packaging within 14 days from the date of receipt.

  • How do I request a return?

    Once your request is received, we will notify you via email and provide a link to schedule a collection or print a shipping label.

  • Are there any costs associated with returns?

  • How long does it take to process refunds or exchanges?

  • Can I cancel my order?

    You have the right to cancel your order before it has been dispatched from our warehouse. If the order has not been dispatched, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment within 10 working days.

    Eligible items for refunds include those purchased directly from us that are returned in their original condition and packaging within 14 days from receipt. Faulty items are eligible for full compensation of the delivery cost.

  • Are there any exceptions to your refund policy?

    Certain items may not be eligible for refunds, such as items not purchased directly from us, items returned after the 14 day cancellation period, items not in their original condition or packaging, gift cards, and personalised or customised items unless they are faulty or incorrect.

Sizing

  • How do I determine my clothing size?

    We have included the relevant information for each product in the Size & Fit section of the product page. We also have a Size chart list for women's and men's clothing, socks, and accessories. This page also includes guidelines on how to measure yourself.

  • What size am I if I fall between two measurements?

    If you fall between two sizes, we recommend selecting the larger size especially where the garment includes a composition of wool.

  • Are your sizes consistent with standard sizing?

    Our sizes are based on standard UK and US sizing guidelines. If any product deviates from standard sizing we will include a note in the Size & Fit section of the product page.

  • Can I return or exchange items if they don't fit properly?
