Refund policy
We hope that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer a 14 days refund policy. Please review our returns page to start your return.
Order cancelation
- You have the right to cancel your order for any reason before it has been dispatched from our warehouse. Once your order has been dispatched, our standard refund policy applies.
- To cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order. We typically process orders within 1 day, so it's important to notify us promptly if you wish to cancel.
- If your order has not yet been dispatched, we will cancel it and initiate a refund to your original method of payment within 10 working days.
Returning items
- If you wish to return an item for a refund or exchange, you must return it to us in its original condition and packaging within 14 days from the receipt of your order.
- Any faulty item can be returned with full compensation of your delivery cost.
- Please ensure that all items are returned clean, unworn, unwashed, unused, and in the original packaging.
- Any non-faulty items that are not in a condition suitable for resale (i.e. washed, soiled, or damaged), will not be refunded and will be sent back to you.
- We offer free UK returns with Royal Mail. If you live outside of the UK you will be responsible for the cost of returning the items.
- If your return is accepted we'll send you a link to Royal Mail where you can book a collection, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.
- Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refund process
- Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return criteria.
- If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment within 10 working days of receiving the returned item. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
- All refunds will include the cost of the item(s). We will only refund your delivery cost for faulty items.
Exceptions
Certain items may not be eligible for refunds, including:- Items not purchased directly from us.
- Items returned after the 14 day cancellation period.
- Items that are not in their original condition or packaging.
- Gift cards.
- Personalised or customised items unless they are faulty or incorrect.
